10.                 Introduction of Ordinances

a.    Ordinance No. 2025-002 - An Ordinance to exceed the municipal budget appropriation limits and to establish a Cap Bank (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-45.14).  The public hearing for this Ordinance is scheduled for April 7, 2025, 7 pm, at the Municipal Building, One Miller Lane, Bedminster, NJ.

a.    Resolution No. 2025-047– Authorizes the provision of a loan pursuant to the Township of Bedminster Affordability Assistance Program for 32 Village Green.

b.    Resolution No. 2025-048 – Authorizes the public towing licenses to Tom DeLucas Towing, Inc., Somerset Hills Towing and Mike’s Towing & Recovery, Inc.

c.    Resolution No. 2025-052 – Authorizes emergency temporary appropriations in the Current Fund in the total amount of $6,026,670.70 and in the Sewer Operating Fund in the total amount of $343,648.38.

d.    Resolution No. 2025-056 – Cancels unfunded debt authorization by Bond Ordinance No. 2022-03 for the acquisition of vehicular equipment in the amount of $164,500.00.  

e.    Resolution No. 2025-057 – Authorizes grace period extension for 2025 First Quarter Sewer Payments.

f.     Resolution No. 2025-058 – Authorizes 2025 Recreation Summer Camp Program fees.

a.    Resolution No. 2025-049 – Authorizes Hazard Communication Plan.

b.    Resolution No. 2025-050 – Authorizes inter-local Agreement between the Township of Bedminster, Borough of Far Hills, and Tewksbury Township to provide for the cost sharing expenses for fire and first aid services.

c.    Resolution No. 2025-051 – Authorizes inter-local Agreement between the Township of Bedminster, Borough of Far Hills, Borough of Peapack & Gladstone and Tewksbury Township to provide for the cost sharing expenses for repeater shed operating and capital expenditures.

d.    Resolution No. 2025-053 – Establishes policy for required signature thresholds for Township Committee members.

e.    Resolution No. 2025-054 – Authorizes Emergency Action and Fire Prevention Plan, Indoor Air Quality Plan, and Personal Protective Equipment Plan.

f.     Resolution No. 2025-055 – Authorizes Power of Attorney Declaration appointing Township Engineer to submit and execute the Access Permit Application(s) for “Welcome to Bedminster” sign to the New Jersey Department of Transportation (DOT).

g.    Resolution No. 2025-059 – Appoints a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator for the DPW.

h.    Resolution No. 2025-060 – Authorizes Participation Agreement with BuyBoard National Purchasing Cooperative.

i.      Resolution No. 2025-061 – Authorizes the hiring of a new police officer by the Bedminster Police Department.
