Certified Public Works Manager - Bedminster Township
Bedminster Township is looking for a dynamic leader and manager to oversee the Department of Public Works which includes Buildings and Grounds, Mechanics, Parks and Playgrounds, Facilities and Roads. Responsible for the planning, coordination and overall administration of public works activities including department budget preparation and oversight, and specifications for capital items and projects. Expert knowledge of principles and practices used in the maintenance of paved and non-paved roadways is a must as Bedminster Township has over 17 miles of unpaved roads. Public Works Manager Certification, Valid NJ Driver's License, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and applicable endorsements. C2 Sanitary License desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, and excellent interpersonal skills essential. Graduate of accredited college or university preferred. Salary commensurate with experience. Position requires on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. EOE
