a.    Resolution No. 2024-114 – Authorizes Recreation Department 2024 Fall Program fees.

 

b.    Resolution No. 2024-115 – Authorizes the provision of a loan pursuant to the Township of Bedminster Affordability Assistance Program for 86 Cortland Lane.

 

c.    Resolution No. 2024-116 – Amends Resolution No. 2024-109 and supplements J. O’Gara’s work hours from 20 hours per week to 40 hours per week as a substitute Technical Assistant to the Construction Official September 11th-23rd, 2024.

 

d.    Resolution No. 2024-117 – Authorizes special item of revenue and appropriation for equal amount in the 2024 Budget for the 2024 Bullet Proof Vests-Federal Grant.

 

e.    Resolution No. 2024-118 – Authorizes special item of revenue and appropriation for equal amount in the 2024 Budget for Somerset County Youth Services Grant – Stigma Free Initiative.

 

f.     Resolution No. 2024-119 – Authorizes the cancellation of Grant Receivables and Grant Appropriations for 2022 Somerset County Municipal Youth Services Grant

 

g.    Resolution No. 2024-120 – Appoints an Acting Construction Official, Building Subcode Official and Building, Electrical, Fire, Plumbing and Mechanical Inspector when necessary.
